The annual Rising Tide Leader Retreat was created to gather our incredible leaders into one space to connect, learn, and grow together. We've gathered hundreds of leaders in Charleston, San Francisco, New Orleans, and Minneapolis over the years.

In March, we're heading to Charleston to spend two full days learning, connecting with other leaders, and working together to grow as leaders in this industry!
This is a time to invest in the relationships and resources that empower us to continue to lead in the spirit of #communityovercompetition.
And don't worry, we know how to let loose too. We'll be hosting a closing party on March 25th before heading into a THIRD DAY of social fun together (optional, but highly encouraged).
Plus ones will be welcome to join our closing party and social day!

What to Expect
We recommend arriving on Monday, March 23rd, as our program begins promptly at 9am on Tuesday, March 24th. Our closing party will be held on Wednesday evening. Thursday will be an optional but highly encouraged social 3rd day (with more info to come on that)!
04. when should i arrive and leave?
Registration for the retreat closes on December 31, 2019 or when all available spots are claimed.
02. WhEN DO I NEED TO REGISTER BY?
There's more we want to do based on leader feedback especially after the last 2 retreats. The registration fee will allow us to offer 3 days (rather than 2) and upgraded perks like a catered lunch on the first day.
Like you, we also feel the pain point of no-show RSVPs. Working with partners, vendors, and sponsors, we need to guarantee our registered attendee counts are accurate.
Every year we turn down dozens of leaders after registration closes only to have registered attendees not show up. Our hope is that a registration fee will deter no-show no-call RSVPs to make sure we are not turning away spots from leaders who genuinely intend to attend.
05. WHY IS THERE A REGISTRATION FEE THIS YEAR?
Spouses, partners, and plus ones are welcome to join our closing party on Wednesday evening! We encourage them to enjoy all that Charleston has to offer during the day. We'll be ending each day in the afternoon so you will have time to explore, rest, connect with friends, etc.
03. CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
All active Rising Tide chapter leaders, co-leaders, and moderators of the international RTS FB group are welcome to attend the retreat.

We are so excited to be hosting our
retreat at Merchant's Hall
Located in the heart of the historic district, our venue is just steps away from Charleston City Market! It was originally built in 1856 and has recently been restored and transformed into a gorgeous, accessible, and intimate location.
